We look forward to selling you one of our quality boats on EBay. In order to insure that the purchase of your boat goes smoothly for all parties we have developed a procedure that seems to work. If you have any questions please call or email the dealer whose boat you are bidding on. |

If you are lucky enough to be the winning bidder the dealer will require a $500.00 refundable deposit via PayPal or Bank wire within 24 hours of the auction close. |

Although we inspect all the boats we offer for sale all boats are sold “as is where is”. A USBW condition report is available for all boats offered by USBW on EBay. (Email the dealer for a copy.) |
| The sale of the boat is subject to your personal inspection. If you don’t like what you see we will give you your deposit back. If you can’t personally inspect the boat you may hire a certified surveyor to check out the boat on your behalf. You may also hire a certified mechanic to do the same. Any surveyor or mechanic must be approved by the dealer prior to inspection. |

| Although it is not a condition of the sale a sea trial can be arranged for a fee. |
| Extended service agreements are available for boats 7 years of age or newer. Please ask for a quote. |
| Inspection, final payment and pickup must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Final payment must be made in certified funds or wire transfer. No PayPal, credit cards or personal checks for final payment. |
| All sales are FOB the dealer’s business location specified in the auction. We can arrange both domestic and overseas shipping for you. (Please email us: Ebay@usboatwholesalers.com for a quote.) |
| Any services such as loading, haul out, shrink wrap etc. although available, are not included in the auction price. |
| Please note the boat and all services must be paid for in full prior to leaving the dealers facility |
| All USBW dealers are licensed and bonded in the state where they conduct business. |
