US Boat Wholesalers Mission Statement

US Boat Wholesalers (USBW) is a cooperative effort of a group of leading international boat dealers and financial institutions to export US built boats, at wholesale prices, to customers throughout the world.  It is our goal to offer the boat buyers of the world a simple process to buy a quality new or used boat from the US without the difficulties, barriers and risks that are involved buying and shipping large expensive items over long distances.

USBW POLICIES We look forward to selling you one of our quality boats. In order to insure that the purchase of your boat goes smoothly for all parties we have developed a procedure that seems to work. If you have any questions please call or email USBW or one of our international agents before bidding. We will try to answer your questions promptly.

Making an offer – Please click the link below to make us an offer on any of our boats.  If we accept your offer we will forward you a purchase agreement for your signature.  We will also require a 10% deposit received by us within 48 hours of accepting your offer to validate the agreement.  The deposit can be made with a credit card, PayPal, Bank wire transfer, personal check or good all cash.  Your deposit is fully refundable if for any reason you do not want to complete the transaction as long as we are informed in writing before the expiration date noted on the purchase agreement.  Contact us if you have any questions.

Inspection – All sales are subject to your personal inspection or inspection by a marine surveyor or certified mechanic.  If you can’t personally inspect the boat, we can help you to hire a marine surveyor or certified mechanic to inspect the boat on your behalf. Any surveyor or mechanic must be approved by USBW prior to inspection.  Most of the boats listed on this site, unless specified, have gone through a detailed inspection process to evaluate their condition. In most cases, a condition report, prepared by an industry professional is available for your review.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the inspection for any reason we will refund your deposit in full as long as we are informed in writing before the expiration date noted on the purchase agreement. Please understand, all boats are sold “as is, where is”. We encourage you to inspect the boat prior to final payment but, once you accept the boat, it’s yours. USBW or the seller does not warrant the boat, motor or trailer in any way.

Additional Warranties - Extended service agreements are available for boats 7 years of age or newer for use in the USA and Canada. 

Trailers - New US , AU and CE approved trailers are available.  We may also take the existing trailer in on trade if you wish to upgrade to a new trailer.  Click the link below for a free trailer quote.

Trade ins - We may consider your trade boat as partial payment towards the purchase of one of our boats.  In order to appraise your trade properly we will need detailed pictures and specifications.  Do not assume we will take your boat in on trade before bidding. Click the link below for details.

Final Payment –Inspection and final payment must be made prior to the expiration date noted on the purchase agreement. All purchases will be charged a transaction fee of $100.00 for the handling of titling paperwork.  Additional fees may be charged for US documentation or state registration.  State sales and or excise taxes maybe due at closing if the boat is being sold and registered in the US. Check with USBW or one of our agents for details.

Any and all fees, charges and expenses will be noted on the purchase agreement. Final payment must be made in certified funds or bank transfer.  No PayPal, credit cards or personal checks for final payment.  Contact USBW or one of our agents for further instructions.

Pick up or Delivery USA - All sales are FOB the boats location.  Any services such as loading, haul out, shrink wrap etc. although available are not included unless specifically noted in the purchase agreement.  You are required to pick the boat up within 2 weeks of final settlement unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon in writing.  If you cannot pick the boat up we can arrange delivery to your destination for a fee.  Click the Shipping Quote button below for details.
